Good to know
Which size does my pet need?
Small (4.5" tall) suits cats and small dogs like Chihuahuas, Yorkies and Shih Tzus. Medium (6.3") suits small to medium dogs like French Bulldogs, Beagles and Schnauzers. Tall (8.5") suits medium dogs like Cocker Spaniels, Border Collies and Australian Shepherds. Not sure? Email us your pet's breed and we'll suggest one.
Is it dishwasher safe?
The stainless steel bowl is. The stand is 3D printed plastic: wipe it or hand wash it with mild soap and cool water.
Can I choose any colors?
Yes. You pick the base, the top and the color of the name from 20 colors. We send you a photo-realistic preview to approve before we make it.
How long does it take?
We email your preview within one business day. Once you approve it, we make your stand in 7–10 business days and ship it free; delivery usually takes 2–5 more business days.
Where do you ship?
Anywhere in the contiguous United States, free. For Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico, email us first.
Can I return it?
Every stand carries your pet's name, so we can't take back a stand you've changed your mind about. You can cancel for a full refund any time before you approve your preview, and if it arrives damaged we replace it.

LEAL designs every stand. Each order is 3D printed and assembled in the US by our production partner, then checked and packed by hand.
